Counselling is an opportunity to sit in a protected and safe space that is just for you to explore what you are finding difficult.
Often counselling and therapy can seem scary and unnerving. As a trained counsellor its my job to make you feel comfortable and safe.
People come to counselling for many different reasons, seeking answers to questions they might not know they have. My approach to counselling is only to work with what you bring into the room.
I also feel it is important that a person should feel comfortable when they see a counsellor.
